Position: Pre-Sales Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Nature of Position: Full Time

Candidate Profile:

* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Enjoys making sales calls and has proven experience in making international sales calls
* Minimum 2 years of experience in making calls
* Graduate from a premier institute with 1st class academics throughout
* Excellent knowledge and experience of working with US & European customers & markets
* Excellent communication, research and team working skills
* Good working knowledge of MS Office, Google, Skype
* Go-getter attitude, willing to go the extra mile, to get things done
* Enthusiastic about working in a start-up and contributing to its growth
* Based in Bangalore and ready to begin immediately

Job Profile:

* Conducting background research on potential clients
* Conducting product demos
* Collating feedback and sharing the same with product development team
* Liaising between Leadership team and Potential client, to facilitate sales

Specific work on a daily basis would include:

* Lead generation by the following:
   - Make calls to prospects
   - Write emails to prospects
   - Respond to RFP’s
   - Complete product demos with prospects
   - Once the demos are done, pass on the qualified leads to Senior Leadership team to close deals

* Measures of success:
   - Number of conversations held
   - Number of demos scheduled
   - Number of qualified prospects generated

* Target work hours – mirror European time zone – 12 noon to 9 pm

The Pre-Sales analyst role will groom to become a Team lead role, based on performance and will have an opportunity to work directly with the senior leadership in Solaron.

* To understand, research, collect and analyze various data points that affect three pillars of Sustainability.
* To research, collect, summarize and validate News pertaining to E, S and G factors.
* To write customer insights based on the deep dive research conducted on the company
* To work on preparation of industry and country reports.
* To build up methodologies and develop indicators for new projects
* To have a deeper understanding of the market, the ability and willingness to interact with the market, stakeholders, clients and prospects.
* Conducting ESG Research on companies as an integrated research analyst, working across:
   - Data Collection
   - News
   - Company Ratings
   - Stakeholder Interviews
